1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations before dispatch only
• No cancellation after shipment

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Product is unopened
• Product is unused
• Product is received damaged
• Wrong product delivered

Return request window: within 2 days of delivery

3. Non-returnable

We DO NOT accept returns for:

• Used products
• Opened packaging
• Tampered items
• Free gifts or samples

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds take 7–10 business days
• Refund issued to original payment method
